Exeter Chiefs' Stu Townsend starts for England under-20s

Exeter Chiefs scrum-half Stu Townsend will start for England under-20s in their opening Six Nations match against Wales on Saturday (7.30pm). However, there is no place for fellow Chiefs youngsters Sam Skinner and Jack Innard, although the two forwards are a year younger than their clubmate.
