Glasgow Warriors defeated Leicester Tigers via a 43-0 scoreline in January 2017 when the two sides last faced in the Champions Cup, Glasgow’s largest ever win in the competition and Tigers’ heaviest defeat until their 12-80 defeat versus Toulouse last time out; the Warriors’ record defeat in the competition also came against the Tigers however, in their first meeting back in November 1997 (19-90), which also remains Leicester’s largest win.

Leicester Tigers have averaged a 57% share of possession per game in the Champions Cup this season, the highest rate of any side, while only Stade Rochelais (59%) have averaged a higher share of territory than the Tigers (56%).
Leicesters Freddie Steward carried the ball for 728 metres in the pool stage of the 2024/25 Champions Cup, only Damian Penaud (564) also broke the 500m barrier, whilst Steward was the only player to make 500+ metres over the gainline (588) and only Tom Willis (140) made more in-contact metres than Steward (123).
