The full time whistle is gone and Castres are able to hold on and grind out a win at home to get the four points. Sextons cuts the gap again this time to one point. After life-less attacking from both sides Racing Metro eventually get a change to take a shot at goal.
Racing Metro call upon the bench to add more fire power to the pack. The tempo of the game has slowed down dramatically in the last 10 minutes from both teams.
Jonathan Sexton replies immediately to reduce the deficit again to 4 points through a penalty inside the Castres half.
Remi Tales gets the second half under way. Only one change for Castres at the half with Brice Dulin making way for Paul Bonnefond. Straight away Tales gets a drop goal and his first of the season to increase Castres lead to 7.
Referee Sebastien Cloute blows the whistle to signal half time. Castres winger Marcel Garvey denied a try in the final stages of the half by the video referee. Castres still lead 13-9 at the break, both teams started off the game very slow with not much action for the first 25 minutes. Hopefully there will be more attacking rugby in the second half as both teams need to get the win today.

Castres really take advantage of the sin bin and get a try immediately through Marcel Garvey, after handling error from Metro in their own half this allowed Garvey to jump on the opportunity to get the first try. Rory Kockott convert the try to extend the lead again.
