Charles Ollivon returns to training with Toulon after seven months out

Absent from the field since tearing his cruciate ligament in his right knee last January, Charles Ollivon is back in training with RC Toulon.

It had been seven months since Charles Ollivon had last stepped onto a rugby pitch. And although it was only the training ground, the French international has just made his return to action with RC Toulon after tearing his cruciate ligament in his right knee in early January against Racing 92. Almost a month after his teammates, the flanker rejoined his team a week before the Top 14 resumed .

While this return to training is a good omen, his return to competitive matches has not yet been announced and may take a little longer. Probably not for the final warm-up match against Clermont or the first league match against Montpellier on September 6.
