Radradra and Piutau on the bench, Leiua raises the bat

Sale Sharks head to Ashton Gate on Friday evening with a one-point advantage over Bristol Bears in the Champions Cup second leg of the round of 16.

Bristol speedster Alapati Leiua will make his 100th competitive appearance for the Bears with Sam Jeffries making 50th appearance.

Leiua lines up in the back three alongside Luke Morahan and Rich Lane, who makes his European debut. Lane is one of two changes from the narrow first leg victory at the AJ Bell, with Jake Kerr replacing Bryan Byrne at hooker.

Joe Joyce continues as captain, as the Bears go in search of a first ever Champions Cup quarter final.

Meanwhile, Sale Sharks Director of Rugby Alex Sanderson makes just one change to the XV as Roebuck replaces fellow academy graduate Jack Metcalf, who drops down to the bench.

In the only other changes to the matchday squad, scrum-half Gus Warr takes his place on the bench after Raffi Quirke picked up a hamstring injury, and JL du Preez returns to offer forward cover.
