Centre double blow as Paisami cited, Ikitau injured in Springboks win

The Wallabies could be looking at a brand new midfield partnership for the Bledisloe Cup as Hunter Paisami and Len Ikitau remain in doubt.
Paisami was cited by SANZAAR following the four point win over South Africa, yellow carded for a high shot.
It came amid a series of cards against the Wallabies, with the centre's tackle on Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu ruled to be a red card offence by the Judiciary.
Paisami's case will be heard in the coming days, facing a potential ban for the Bledisloe Cup series, which kicks off October 10 in Auckland.
The news comes after Ikitau limped off the field in the second half due to an ankle injury.
Wallabies coach Les Kiss was unsure of the severity post-game, with the centre likely needing scans.
"We don't know anything further other than we've just got to be very precautionary with it now and just see where it is," Kiss said.
The likely double blow will see a brand-new centre pairing for the two-Test series, with Kiss having a number of options at his disposial.
Isaac Henry is the other centre option currently in the squad, debuting against the Brave Blossoms earlier in the year. Jordan Petaia provided cover during the Springboks Test, but will likely return to Japan with the game outside of the World Rugby window.
Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii can also move back to outside centre after a successful debut start on the wing.
Kiss has started FIlipo Daugunu at centre before at club level, having missed the week in Perth due to a slight knock.
Further options currently playing Super Rugby AUS include Brumbies centre David Feliuai and cross-code star Zac Lomax, who has played at outside centre throughout the shortened season.
The Wallabies are set for a number of changes for the series against New Zealand as Petaia, Tom Hooper (Exeter) and Taniela Tupou (Racing 92) returing to their clubs.
