Fitz Harding, born on April 26, 1999, is an English rugby union player currently playing for Bristol Bears in Premiership Rugby.
He joined the club's Academy in July 2020 after making a name for himself at Durham University in the BUCS Super Rugby Championship.
Harding had a breakthrough season in 2020/21, impressing with his performances on the field. He caught attention with a match-winning break at Franklin's Gardens and scored his first try against Harlequins.
Prior to joining Bristol Bears, Harding represented Durham University and England Students as a back rower. He also showcased his skills in the Premiership Sevens for the Bears.
During his time at Durham University, Harding studied History at Hatfield College.
Despite initially being assigned a place in the fourth team of the university rugby club, he quickly climbed the ranks, proving his talent and determination. Harding played a significant role in helping Durham University win the BUCS Super Rugby title, and his performances earned him a nomination for BUCS Super Rugby player of the year.
