Between 2018 and 2019, Péculo made 7 appearances for Uruguay U20.
He then went on to play 3 matches for Uruguay XV in 2020.
In that same year, Péculo made his international debut for Uruguay against Spain in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Péculo signed for Súper Liga Americana de Rugby side Peñarol ahead of the 2020 Súper Liga Americana de Rugby season, before re-signing ahead of the 2021 Súper Liga Americana de Rugby season.
Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Peculo has been named in the squad for Uruguay.
