5 Players who will be key for Scotland
- 401
Scotland travel to Stadio Olimpico on Saturday to play Italy in their opening match of the Six Nations. Last year when these two teams met, Scotland won 31-19 at home.
Lets take a look at 5 players who will play a key role in this match.
Ewan Ashman(Hooker) - Ashman will need to hit his targets in the lineouts if Gregor Townsend's men want to build any momentum.
Scott Cummings (Lock) - The British and Irish Lion together with Ashman will need to link up in the lineouts. Cummings will also bring his big frame on attack to make meters.
Ben White(Scrumhalf)-White will need to be as sharp as a knife on attack to give his forwards the platform to make meters. His exit kicks will need to be on point as well.
Finn Russell (Flyhalf)-He will need to be as always on point on attack to get his outside players away.
Huw Jone(Outside centre)-The outside centre need to be on his toes when it comes to defence. If he is on fire, Italy will struggle to make meters.
Can Scotland spoil the party for Italy at home?
