Leinster injury update ahead of Dragons clash on Friday

Leinster Rugby Head Coach Leo Cullen has issued an injury update ahead of Friday’s BKT United Rugby Championship Round 6 clash with Dragons at Rodney Parade (KO: 7.45pm, live on TG4 and Premier Sports 1).
Joe McCarthy has entered the final stages of his rehabilitation from a foot injury and will be further assessed as the week continues.
Tommy O’Brien has entered the Graduated Return to Play Protocols and will be unavailable for selection this weekend while Ryan Baird picked up a leg injury against South Africa on Saturday and will be unavailable for up to three months.
Robbie Henshaw continues to recover from a hamstring injury picked up while away with Ireland and will be unavailable for selection, with Jamie Osborne set to be unavailable for up to four months after picking up a shoulder injury while away with Ireland.
Will Connors will be unavailable for a number of weeks after picking up an arm injury in the game against Zebre Parma and James Culhane will be unavailable for the next few months after picking up a knee injury in the same game.
There are no further updates on Cormac Foley and Hugo Keenan.
