Hailing from Stirling, Scotland, McMillan is a lively scrumhalf with a whippy pass from the base. His professional career began at Glasgow in 2003 but after just a year moved onto Leeds Carnegie. Two seasons later he was on the move again when he linked up with London Wasps. A return to Glasgow happened in 2010 before taking up a contract with Bath in 2010. McMillan has also represented Scotland at A level.
