14th Sep 1978 1.88m/90kg Left Wing

After being selected by Sir Clive Woodward for an England Test debut against Ireland in the 2000 Six Nations, Ben Cohen was soon part of the 2001 Lions Tour to Australia.

The wing, who helped Northampton lift the European Cup in 2000, didn’t make a Test appearance during the Tour with Dafydd James and Jason Robinson preferred by coach Graham Henry.

Cohen scored twice against the NSW Country Districts in the Lions’ final midweek warm-up prior to the first Test and also featured in three other Tour fixtures.

A World Cup winner in 2003, Cohen picked up 57 international caps for his country and is joint-second in England’s all-time Test try scorer list with 31 behind Rory Underwood.
