England Squad Update: Tuilagi returns as Jones cuts his squad to 25
- 1979
Eddie Jones has named a 25-player England squad for a five-day training camp in London.
After beating Italy 33-0 in Rome in the Guinness Six Nations on Sunday, the squad has met up in Chelsea. They will train at Latymer School as they begin preparations for next weekend’s match against Wales at Twickenham Stadium [Saturday 26 February, 4.45pm GMT KO].
Manu Tuilagi returns to the squad after injury.
Sam Simmonds will not take part in training this week as part of the management of an ongoing hip issue and will be rehabbing in camp.
Courtney Lawes and Jonny Hill will also join up with the squad. Lawes will continue to work through return to play protocols and Jonny Hill is undergoing rehab on a fibula injury.
