Abraham Papali’i's move to Brive confirmed

Connacht No.8 Abraham Papali’i's move to Brive at the end of the season has been confirmed.

Papali’i has signed a two-year deal with the French outfit following fellow Connacht team-mate Sammy Arnold to the Top 14.

The former rugby league star joined Connacht after a season with the Bay of Plenty in 2019.

During his stint with Connacht, Papali’i was red-carded on three occasions and has made just three appearances for the Irish Province this season.

Ireland second-rower Ultan Dillane will also leave the side at the end of the season and has been linked with a move to La Rochelle.
