Disgraceful call, ref can't really be blamed its the tmo

Across the game the worst ref'ing this season, absolutely dreadful

I have never seen such poor ref'ing. This is utterly pathetic

With the Stormers desperate for a turnover Bekker uses his hands on the deck and is penalised. Woodward slots it.

Very controversial play leads to a Rebels Try. Higginbotham attempts a kick through which falls into the Stormers hands. Higginbotham chases up and makes the tackle and appears to knock the ball on in the process, but the ref allows the play continue where Phibbs hacks the ball on. He is pulled back allowing Habana beat him to the ball to prevent a try. However on consultation with the T.M.O he decides a try would have been scored, awarding the Rebels a penalty try, and binning Martin Bezuidenhout for the pull back in the process. Woodward converts to give his side a six point lead with 4 minutes to go.

The quality of ref'ing is really dreadful the irb need to sort this out
