Schooled at Rondebosch Boys High School, Gavor played WP U19. He was included in the Ikey Tigers and WP U21 Squads in 2013 but failed to make an appearance for either side.
In 2014 he made the move to Johannesburg where he played for UJ and Vodacom Cup for the Lions. In 2015 he made his Currie Cup debut in a 110-0 win over Limpopo Blue Bulls.
Gavor is a speedy winger with good hands looking to keep the ball alive with linking play
