Adendorff is a live-wire utility forward playing back row and lock. Representing Stellenbosch University in the Varsity Cup from 2008-2010, he then signed for the Pumas in 2011 and Griquas in 2012 where he plies his trade in the Vodacom and Currie Cup.
Adendorf has continued to perform for Griquas and has been a valued member of the squad making over 60 appearances for the Province since 2012.
