Quins travel to Welford Road to tame the Tigers

The Tigers return home to Welford Road this round and will have Harlequins to contend.
Should Quins get the better of Leicester on Saturday, it will be the latter’s third loss on the trot – not a great look for a side who has produced patches of wonderful play this season. Last weekend, Leicester fell prey to the impressive Sale Sharks at the AJ Bell. Leicester were unthreatening and, despite Sale being shown two yellow cards, were never ahead on the scoreboard.
Quins slipped past Wasps in a pulsating game which ended with a score of 48-46 at the Twickenham Stoop.
Quins have made a strong stand for a spot in the play-offs and are currently hovering in fourth spot with a comfortable 9-point lead on fifth-placed Northampton Saints while they are level on overall points with third-placed Sale Sharks.
Leicester were on the losing side by some 13 points the last time the teams clashed – in Round 9. It was an entertaining encounter which saw both outfits produce some great play.
