England U20 name their side to face Wales

England U20 Men’s head coach Andy Titterrell has selected his matchday squad to face Wales in Round 1 of the 2026 Under-20 Men’s Six Nations Championship.
Cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens hosts the curtain raiser for the Men’s Pathway sides this Friday (19:
Bath Rugby back-row forward Connor Treacey leads the U20 Men’s side for the first time in a capped fixture, having previously captained the U18 and U19 Men.
Full debuts are awarded to Luke Davidson, Patrick Hogg, George Marsh, James Pater, Jimmy Staples and Elliot Williams in Northampton.
Noah Caluori and Lucas Friday are called into the squad for their first involvements with the U20s this season, being two of 10 capped players in the matchday 23.
If utilised from the replacements bench, Kealan Freeman-Price, Freddie Ogden-Metherell, Oliver Spencer, Asa Stewart-Harris, Sonny Tonga’uiha, Sam Winters and Victor Worsnip
Titterrell’s side continue their Under-20 Men’s Six Nations with a Round 2 meeting against Scotland at the Hive Stadium, Edinburgh next Friday (13th February, 19:15 kick-off).
“From the first whistle against Wales, we want to ignite our campaign and hunt together with real purpose and clarity,” Andy Titterrell said.
“The connections within this group, the way they support one another and their commitment to being relentless will define how we play. We want to show positive intent in a very difficult opening fixture in Northampton.
“If the players take true ownership of their roles and embrace the enjoyment that comes from competing for each other, we’ll be in a strong place to start the tournament.”
