The Brumbies came into this game only looking for a bonus point victory. However they got more as they were able to keep a clean sheet this afternoon. 33 - 0 was the final score between these two sides and the Sunwolves will they deserved more out of today's game.
We take a look at the Top Peformers from this afternoon:
Henry Speight - Brumbies
Over 120 metres racked up and two tries the Fijian born Australian international completely mesmorized his opposition today as he led his side to a comfortable victory. It will be hard for Micahel Cheika to avoid such a performance even though it might have come against an on and off Sunwolves side. However Speight's hard running which saw him mak 4 clean breaks is what is needed by both the Brumbies and Australia. He surely put his hand up tonight.
Tevita Kuridrani - Brumbies
Another man who made a heart felt contribution this afternoon. Together with his two try assists he managed to ruck up over 70 running metres. He was also influential on defence as he managed to keep the Sunwolves out the entire game. The highlight of the outside centre's performance this afternoon was him making a good spot tackle in midfield, getting up and receiving an offload only to assist for Pete Samu's try. He has certainly added some extra confidence to the Brumbies midfield.
Pete Samu - Brumbies
Strong on defence and attack, Pete Samu made his presence felt today. The seven time Australian made 6 carries gaining 58 metres. His physical presence was too hard to handle as he made two clean breaks and scored a brilliantly worked try by the Brumbies. Added to his attacking effort were the 11 tackles that contributed to the Brumbies clean sheet victory this afternoon.
