Former Samoan International and current Bristol Bears head coach Pat Lam has slammed reports of the proposed 12-team World League which excludes the Pacific Islands.
Speaking to BT Sport Lam labelled the idea as "shocking!" and went onto say 'it's a real slap in the face to the Pacific Islands'.
