Western Province vs Golden Lions. Both teams have had a good start to the season with both teams on 10 points after the opening 2 fixtures. The Lions have been exceptional in their transition from defence to attack so far this season. They will have to try maintain their form without their second injured flyhalf, Jaco Van Der Walt, who injured his knee against the EP Kings. Number 8, Warren Whiteley, will also be absent after he earned his Springbok call up. The Lions will miss their talisman.
Western Province too have shown exceptional work on the ground, it will be interesting to see how these two teams match up. Today will be the day where one of these teams have to drop their first points of the season, we’ll have to wait and see.
