Try for Chiefs! The visitors turn pressure into points from the 5m scrum. Ben White crashes over for his side's second try in a matter of minutes! Steenson once again adds the extras to extend the lead to 23-29 to the Chiefs!

Momentum is now very much in favour with the Chiefs! Yet another excellent passage of play puts scrum-half Dave Lewis over the line! But yet again, the referee is unhappy with the grounding and brings play back to the 5m line. Chiefs now well and truly on the front foot!

Try for Chiefs! Just when we thought the Exeter Chiefs were dead and buried, they begin to string some fine passages of play together. Constant pressure deep in Irish territory leads to consistent penalties given away by Irish forwards. Referee Small has had enough and sends John Yapp to the bin, having only been on the pitch for minutes. Relentless pressure once more sees Dean Mumm crash over for Chiefs first try of the afternoon. Steenson adds the extras to reduce the deficit to a single point. This match is now very much all to play for. 23-22, the score.

Promising signs for Chiefs! Playing with the advantage, Shoemark surges forward to cross over the Irish try line. Referee Small, unsure with the grounding, consults the TMO and no try is awarded! We come back for the penalty which gives Steenson the opportunity to line up a shot at goal. Steenson, consistent as ever, lands his attempt at goal and thus reduces the deficit to 8 points. 23-15.

Penalty to Irish! Yet more sloppy play from Chiefs gifts Humphreys an opportunity to extend the lead. The fly-half is once again successful with his attempt at goal. The lead now 23-12.
