Scotland on the attack again outside the Italian 22. But a combination slow ball and a quick Italian defence is forcing Scotland backwards. Their attack comes to nothing as Hogg tries to force an offload which is lost forward by Weir

Italy claimed the bouncing ball after Weir's attempted offload. They counter and make good yards and threaten the Scottish 22. But Scotland infringe on the ground to give Allen another shot at goal. Steve Walsh looked to reach for his pocket but decided against it and just gives Laidlaw a stern talking to.

Gonzalo Garcia takes contact off the back of a LO but the ball is turnover. Scotland look to counter quickly through Weir who had Lamont outside him but decided to take it on himself. He looses his footing and attempts an offload which doesn't go to hand.

Tommy Allan can't convert what was definitely a kickable penalty. Allan is only at 50% kicking success so far in this years 6Nations.
