Pumas have a 10m lineout and get close to the tryline before the Cheetahs turn it over and counter attack from their own tryline. Great running rugby from both sides. Cheetahs put a grubber through but the Pumas gather the ball and lose it forward. Cheetahs have a scrum on halfway.
Pumas put pressure on the Cheetahs scrum and win a penalty 5m out. Cassiem gets the ball and attempts to take it quickly, but embarrassingly loses the ball forward in the process.
Steenkamp makes a good break and puts Specman away only to be tackled a metre from the tryline. He attempts a 50/50 pass from ground but it goes forward. Cheetahs 5m scrum. Pumas showing some silky skills early on.
Pumas put in a big scrum and manage to get their hands on the ball and clear up field. Cheetahs get a lineout but are penalised for holding the ball at the ruck soon after. Pumas set up a lineout 35m out from the Cheetahs tryline.
