Match delayed: The Bulls v Stormers is set to kick off at 17:35 after the team bus was delayed getting to Loftus Versfeld due to a traffic jam.

The Bulls host the Stormers in the opening round of Super Rugby in the north v south derby and first all South African clash. Both sides will look to bounce back from disappointing campaigns in 2018, with neither able to make the play-offs as both recorded just six victories in their 16 matches. They also finished level on points, with the Stormers second bottom and Bulls bottom of the South African Conference.
