Soyizwapi, Agaba in strong Academy line-up for Dubai

Frankie Horne will captain the SARU Sevens Academy team at the Dubai International tournament, which also includes two new Sevens recruits in Tim Agaba and Siviwe Soyizwapi, formerly of the EP Kings.
