Italian front-rower Pasquali was named in the Italy u20s squad in 2012 and 2013 while at the Leicester Tigers Academy.
He worked his way through the ranks at Leicester Tigers and made his debut in the 2013–14 LV Cup.
During his time with Tigers, he went on loan to Championship side Doncaster Knights before leaving the club in 2016 to join Pro 14 side Benetton Treviso.
The following year he made his debut for Italy against Fiji and made one other appearance against South Africa.
In January 2018 he was named in Italy's 6 Nations squad.
As of December 2019, he has made 49 appearances for Benetton.
