A Western Province age-group representative from U19 to U21, the powerful loose forward made his senior debut for WP in the 2010 Vodacom Cup. Excellent performances in the Varsity and Vodacom Cup helped Daniller get his Currie Cup debut in 2011 against the Pumas and had one more season with the province before being drafted in by the Cheetahs for their 2013 season.
