Gloucester academy duo Lloyd Evans and Joe Batley have been selected for England Under-20s quest to win a third consecutive Junior World Championship title.
Cheltenham-born Evans is one of three players set to make their Under-20s debut in Italy with Bath's Charlie Ewels captaining an experienced squad.
Callard said: "We have a good balance of experience, with players returning from last year and the new group coming in.
