Ellis Genge's attack on Johnny Sexton

During Ireland’s emphatic victory the English in Dublin on Saturday evening, England’s loosehead prop Ellis Genge carried out a vicious attack on Ireland flyhalf Johnny Sexton.

As England were attacking the Irish try line, Genge and Sexton became involved in a scuffle on the ground in which the former appears to slam his elbow down onto Sexton’s head multiple times.

Thereafter, Sexton requested the referee look at the incident but it was deemed unnecessary at the time.
