Yes definitely the altitude had a massive effect on the the lads in second half , it was plain to see when their line speed dropped and slowly let South Africa back into the game . I expect a far more focused Irish team next week and I think they will use last weeks team providing Robbie henshaw is fit to play .

Certainly it could have made huge difference the players were fatigued and it showed in defense, roll on next week.

The bench made the difference, the Ireland bench didn't have as good impact players as SA's.

Jackson is better than madigan!! Jackson had a good game just last 30 the altitude killed him. Schmidt should have brought fresh legs on earlier which would have turned a defeat for Ireland into a thumping for South

Ireland should start Madigan instead of Jackson, he did an O'gara on defense at least 14 points worth. You don't want SA to find form, realize who they're playing and get back to winning ways.. When do Ireland beat SA? Rarely. The best Ireland team of all time didnt have **** on the best SA team period. Unless you bring up your youth Ireland, this is your best chance against SA. Dont miss it.
