Newcastle get off to the perfect start with big Furno crashing over from short range with just 9 minutes gone.

Good afternoon and welcome to UR coverage of Newcastle and London Irish. The hosts did not get their season off to a good start falling to the hands of Leicester 36-17. That said their attacked looked potent, in particular Richard Mayhew. Irish went down to Quins but managed to earn a losing bonus point. Just over 10 minutes till KO now.
