Half comes to an end after Leicester give away a penalty at the breakdown. Sale dominating up front in the first half and fully deserve their lead. Tigers have it all to do.

No try as Mackenzie was offside when the kick was made earlier on. We resume with a Leicester penalty..

Gone to the TMO as Phil Mackenzie is over the line but checking for a knock on in the build up.

Freddie Burns penalised for holding on and Sale win a penalty. They clear their lines downfield.

Nice kick from Burns puts Mike Hayley under pressure, a good chase from Bell and Smith puts the Sale fullback into touch and gives the Tigers a lineout inside the Sale 22.

Go on Pato!

Matt Smith returns to the field for the remaining 8 minutes of the half.

Sale going forward but Bristow manages to turnover and relieve Tigers of some pressure.

Try Sale. From the lineout they simply drive to the line with the help of a couple of backs, Michael Paterson is the man at the back of the maul and touches down. Nick MacLeod converts and the score is now 13-3 Sale.

Sale really starting to crank up the pressure on the Tigers. Line out for Sale on Leicesters 5 metre line.
