Joe made his debut for Cornish Pirates in September 2012 as a second half replacement against Plymouth Albion.
His first start came later the same same month away to Doncaster Knights, with Joe scoring one of two tries.
Joe will be leaving Jersey Reds at the end of the 2016/17 season to join Yorkshire Carnegie.
