After spending all of 2009 on the sidelines due to injury, Trent’s perseverance was rewarded in 2010. He was drafted into the Australian Sevens, where he excelled. Upon return, he was a permanent fixture in the Sydney University First Grade side and continued on to win his first premiership in 2012. Dyer has exceptional speed from incredible athleticism, recording the highest vertical jump in the Rebels’ squad at 85cm.His versatility will be his strength come selection time, as he is able to cover every position in the back row.
