Townsend: Lamont sets the benchmark

Glasgow Warriors head coach Gregor Townsend says Sean Lamont sets the standard in the Scotstoun Stadium dressing room after the 35-year-old signed a new contract to stay with the Guinness PRO12 club for an additional 12 months.
