PRO14 Round 15: Edinburgh v Glasgow Warriors Highlights
- 1144
The Glasgow Warriors ended the shortened Pro14 regular season on a high with a 15-3 win over a much changed Edinburgh side to get revenge for the loss to the same opponents a week ago. Glasgow ran in an early try to open up a seven point lead, but were then reduced to 14 players after picking up a yellow card. Edinburgh could only manage a single penalty with their numerical advantage as they headed into the halftime break trailing 7-3 after a tight opening forty minutes. The arm wrestle continued in the second half, with the first points coming from a second Warriors try at the midpoint as they held a 12-3 advantage. Shortly after a Glasgow penalty made it a 12 point ball game with under 15 minutes remaining, with Edinburgh unable to muster anything in response. The Glasgow Warriors season comes to a close, while rivals Edinburgh top Conference B and will begin preparations for a semi-final showdown with Ulster.
