Manu Tuilagi has snubbed a move to France and Japan to remain at Sale Sharks penning a new deal with the Premiership club, according to a report by the Daily Mail.
The report states that Tuilagi has agreed to remain at Sale for at least another season, with the option of extending his stay with the Sharks until the end of the 2022-23 campaign.
The 29-year-old England centre is close to a return for the Manchester-based outfit having been sidelined since September.
He suffered an Achilles injury and is set to return in the coming weeks to make a late bid for a place in the British and Irish Lions squad that will be named next month.
If Tuilagi sees out the full two years at Sale, it will keep him in the Premiership until the World Cup in France.
