Harlequins sign Samoa International Elia

Harlequins have confirmed to have signed Samoan International Elia Elia on a short term contract with immediate effect.

“As things stand within our squad, we have one or two injuries in the hooker position. For this reason we have brought in Elia Elia as cover for us on a short term contract," commented Harlequins Director of Rugby John Kingston.

“He is a player who came on to our radar when we trained with Samoa recently and I’m delighted that he has taken the opportunity to join up with our squad and I’m sure he will make a valuable impact.”
