Exeter Loose Trio Do It Again
- 1257
Sam Simmonds earned himself a well deserved Man of the Match award after scoring a brace of tries against Newcastle Falcons. Exeter did however drop their first points of the season as they were unable to score a bonus point try against a definat Newcastle defence.
The Chiefs loose trio made 20 tackles between them, carried 33 times and beat 7 defenders on their way to to their 15 points on the night.
Late inclusion, Zach Kibirige, was a stand out performer for the home side beating 7 defenders on his own as he was a permanent thron in the side of the Exeter Defence. Kibirige scored a great try in the opening minutes with a deadly side step after a Johnny Williams break and offload.
