Ellis Genge slammed for 'nasty' elbow on Nic White

Ellis Genge has copped criticism for his nasty elbow to the neck of Wallaby scrumhalf Nic White in the second test between Australia and England on Saturday.
The England prop drove Nic White's head into turf in the tackle before sticking his elbow into the scrumhalf's neck.
He was penalised for his actions but had no further punishment with referee Andrew Brace deeming it to just be a penalty.
The incident was heavily criticised on Twitter during the game with one supporter tweeting 'Nasty by Genge.' before adding 'And [Andrew] brace bottles it again.'
Nasty by Genge. And brace bottles it again.

RTE reporter Neil Treacy said that Genge was luck to escape a card labelling his actions as stupid at the very least.
Ellis Genge is absolutely blessed. Should have been a card for the stupidity of it at the very, very least. #AUSvENG

Genge should be walking there. Easy red.

Genge should have gotten a card for that.

I know its not part of the laws anymore, but I personally don't understand how an intentional act of foul play isn't sanctioned more severely than one of accuracy (e.g. Ta'avao's red today - which was correct by the way)#AUSvENG
There's definitely "extra niggle after the play that's an integral part of rugby" but what Ellis Genge did there was not that. #AUSvENG

At least it should have been. Bizarre.
