Austin Elite Rugby signs Mickael Romera

Austin Elite Rugby Management has announced the signing of Mickael Romera for the 2018 Major League Rugby season.

Romera has played rugby since he was 5, having played the most part of his career in Montpellier and then in Oyonnax.

The 21-year-old commented: "I think I've seen what I had to see in France when it comes to rugby, and I wanted to live a new experience. The creation of the Major League Rugby is the perfect opportunity for me to be a part of an exciting adventure and to help the sport grow in the United States''

Romera will earn his first cap for Austin Elite Rugby this Sunday against San Diego Legion.
