The French are and always were dangerously dirty players of the game of rugby. They are reckless and feckless and see nothing wrong in targeting the better opposition players and taking them out of the game. This is not part of the rugby ethos. Players into causing hurt on the rugby field should be banned from playing it. Rugby by the nature of the game renders proponents easy targets for those intent on doing them harm.
