A slow driving maul is disrupted by Saracens which results in a knock on by the London side. Scrum to Gloucester on the Saracens 22 and one of their first real attacking positions. Gloucester scrum collapses under the power of Saracen's pack. Farrell drives the ball in to touch and back in to the Gloucester half from the penalty.
Nigel Davies should go back to the 70's. Give his boys an orange at halftime and eat them in the front if the shed, they can give the half time talk
A harsh penalty for a high tackle by Jackson Wray on Twelvetrees brings Gloucester up to Saracen's 22 with a line out.
More pressure from Saracens and poor defence from Gloucester results in a penalty awarded to Saracens, which Farrell converts.
Saracens have totally dominated this first 20 minutes, with most play in the Gloucester half. Great handling from Saracens with backs and forwards intermingling. Unorganised Gloucester defence results in a simple 2 on 1 for Schalk Britz and he draws the Gloucester defender to send Strettle over the line. Conversion missed by Farrell.
De Kock is back on for Wigglesworth.
Neil De Kock is replaced by Richard Wigglesworth. The play following Saracen's scrum results in a penalty for Owen Farrell who slots it with ease contributing to his mid 80's percentage.
Hope mr de kock ok.. :-)
Whoo!!!
Following a penalty for Gloucester and the subsequent kick down the line, the ball is turned over and Saracens put together some outstanding handling to return back to the Gloucester 22. A few turnovers later and we are currently at a break in play waiting for a Saracen's scrum on Gloucester's 22 as Neil De Kock is receiving treatment.
