Mark was around the 5 metre line. As long as it was taken behind that it’s fine. If the assist ref thought it wasn’t he would have said so, hasn’t hesitated so far in this game with calling what the ref misses.

I understand that but the ref wouldn't have been able to see exactly where the mark was as he's had alot of assistance from the sode lines to position himself for penalty marks etc

It’s fine as long as it’s behind the mark, can’t be tapped in front of it. Where the ref is standing doesn’t matter.
