Well that is all we have time for in what was a huge result for Wasps with a win that reignites their hopes of making it through to the knockout stages. As for Castres this result end any hopes of making it through to the quarter finals and they can now concentrate on the league as they look to avoid relegation from the Top 14. With a 4 try bonus point win Wasps now put pressure on Leinster and Harlequins that this pool is set to be a three horse race. Thanks for tuning into today's game and enjoy the rest of the Rugby over the weekend.
Wasps win the penalty from the breakdown and Charlie Davies boots the ball into touch to end the game with Wasps defeating Castres 32-17 leaving France with 5 points.
Wasps and Jacobs knock on and Castres have the scrum in what will be the final play of the game.
Final minute of play as Wasps look for another score as they form a maul on halfway.
Try Wasps as they get the all important 4th try and they are going home with 5 points from the game. Great chip from Goode with Jacobs getting their first passing to Tagicakibau who was brought down just short of the line but was not held and got up again to go over the whitewash.
Card was harsh, decision was right tho imo
Try awarded to Wasps. Cooper-Wooley started the move ripping the ball and running clear down the right wing before being brought to ground. Davies got the ball to Johnson and Wasps with numbers outwide got the ballto Varndell to dive for the line with Sivivatu preventing the try but his high tackle on Varndell preventing Varndell from grounding the ball. A penalty try is awarded and Sivivatu is sent to the bin for the rest of the game.
Cheers. Watching it but no sound. Very harsh.
Too much punishment
Did Varndell not ground that? Looked clear to me
