@flexi I agree with you on this one. Gatland up to now has used 2 different scrum half styles in his match day squad. As he said this was to give him an option to change it up but in biggest game of the tour he opts for the same style of scrum half. Dropping O Driscoll and playing Davies is totally wrong and not justifiable. We are going to miss o driscolls leadership and his break down work. Gatland said Roberts offers more than O Driscoll and maybe so, but Davies doesn't offer half what O Driscoll delivers. Think we need to wait 4 years for out next lions tour win

George, you are talking rubbish. Youngs was dropped for hibbard as he is more physical. Falatau... Physical? ... No. As for Gray... Just NOT a lion.
He's got the selection wrong in all areas but to be fair he got it wrong at the start.
Going for the 'easy and familiar' choice was always an error by picking so many welsh players. He selected them as he knew them and felt safe, and that is a poor thought process going into a tour of Australia.
Poor poor poor selection, error strewn and potentially a huge embarrassment for Lions rugby and that is very sad.
This is not a 'power' side at all. It's a massive mistake.

What happened to o'driscoll?

Awful selection...Davies made an awful defensive read for the AAC try, BOD was telling him to push and you could see Bowe look straight at him when the try was scored. He's also a very poor passer so we know what's gonna happen on Saturday. Unfathomable! Why has T.Youngs been dropped? Has been excellent in both games. Heaslip was superb in both games and Gatland manages to get Faletau in...

He's brought more physicality in with Roberts, Faletau and O'Brien with more off the bench with Manu, Vunipola, Gray and Tom Youngs. He wants to blow the Aussies off the park by being physical.

Philips firm is poor , Davis was clearly out of sorts last week , Roberts would only ever played his best rugby when he partnered O'Driscoll , and Toby instead of Heaslip ????? And when our back row is under pressure against the Aussies , he has Tupeic to come on ? What did Croft do wrong to deserve that ?.....,, Gatland you got this wrong , big time wrong ! ..... Oh and for the benefit of Joe and the rest. , this is my humble opinion .
