Jordan Joseph

31st Jul 2000 1.89m/115kg No. 8

A hard-running uncompromising loose forward, Joseph plays most of his rugby at 8th man but is equally comfortable at blindside flank. From 2015-2018 he was part of the RC Massy Essonne Academy and youth programs where he represented France U18 as well as the France U18 7s sides, notably in a successful 2018 season for the U18 XV's where his side dominated their tournaments.

His form did not go unnoticed and at the age of 17, he was selected for the French U20 side to play in the U20 World Championship hosted in France in 2018. He then went on to sign for Racing 92 ahead of the 2018/2019 season.

He made his U20 International debut in the opening game against Ireland off the bench and was the catalyst in turning the game around as France clawed back to win the game after trailing it.

In June 2018, Joseph was named Breakthrough Player of the Tournament at the World Rugby U20s Championships before signing a deal with Top 14 club Racing 92.

He went into the 2020/21 Top 14 season having made 18 appearances for the French team, with 10 points scored.

In November 2020, Joseph re-signed with Racing 92 despite interest from multiple top clubs in France.

In October 2021, he signed a loan deal with Pau until the end of the 2021/22 season.
