Iestyn Harris came through Cardiff's regional pathway and made his first-team debut against Leinster during the 2020/21 season.
Injuries limited his game time during his season but he he did stretch his tally to three with his last appearance coming against Toulouse in December 2021.
The former Wales Under-20s star was due to come out of contract in the summer of 2023 and new deal was not offered a new deal at Cardiff and joined Exeter in April 2022.
